WE ARE A RESULTS-DRIVEN CONDITIONING PROGRAM THAT RUNS 4 TIMES WEEKLY, AT 60 MINUTE DURATIONS PER SESSION. OUR WORKOUTS ARE HELD IN BOTH INDOOR/OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT. OUR WORKOUTS INCLUDES A MILITARY-STYLE FORMAT, COUPLED WITH THE MOST PROGRESSIVE, INNOVATIVE, AND CREATIVE EXERCISES IN FITNESS. IN ADDITION TO THE WORKOUTS, OUR SESSIONS INCLUDES INITIAL BODY FAT ASSESSMENT, AND A NUTRITIONAL PLAN SUCCESS MAP.
